6th International Ascona Workshop on Cardiomyocyte Biology
Centro Stefano Franscini, Ascona, April 26–30, 2009
We invite all interested investigators to submit an abstract to the “6th International Ascona Workshop on Cardiomyocyte Biology”, which will be held on April 26-30, 2009 at the Centro Stefano Franscini on Monte Verità located just above Ascona in the south of Switzerland. The theme of the 6th edition of this workshop is„Generation and Repair of Myocardial Tissue“.
Leading scientistsin the field of cardiomyocyte biology from Europe, Canada and the US have agreed to participate as speakers at the workshop and wetherefore expect it tobe again an exciting and highly interactive gathering.Additional plenary speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts, and poster sessions will allow all other participants to present their work. Abstract submission and application to the workshop will close on December 15, 2008. Early application to the workshop is recommended, as the workshop may become oversubscribed before this deadline.
